The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as - strong understanding of banking products and services with graduation.

Location: Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir (Nearby Branch)

Salary: Up to 6.00 LPA

Time: Banking Hours

Qualification: Graduation from Relevant Stream

Experience: 1+ Year Sales Background

Responsibilities at Axis Bank - Ladakh:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels, including referrals, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and complaints in - professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.

 Requirements to apply Account Executive Job in Ladakh:

• Bachelor's degree in BA, BCOM, Finance, or - related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
