We are looking for Relationship Officer to handle Retail Banking operations at Jorhat branch, with that  you are also responsible to manage customer relationships and promoting banking products and services to the client.

Job Details :

Relationship Officer are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing Jorhat clients by offering them other financial products.

Officer Responsibilities for Retail Banking jobs in Jorhat:

Job duty will be combination of sales, customer service, and client relationship skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to Jorhat customers as per requirement.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve the overall branch quality of service.

• Stay updated with banking products and services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements Retail bankers in Jorhat:

• Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 6+ months of experience in retail sector or related field.
• Knowledge of sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
