Relationship Officer are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing Goniana clients by offering them other financial products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
