Job Details :

Relationship Officer are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing Ganj Basoda clients by offering them other financial products.

Officer Responsibilities for Retail Banking jobs in Ganj Basoda:

Job duty will be combination of sales, customer service, and client relationship skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to Ganj Basoda customers as per requirement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
