Job Details :

Relationship Officer are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing Gangtok clients by offering them other financial products.

Officer Responsibilities for Retail Banking jobs in Gangtok:

Job duty will be combination of sales, customer service, and client relationship skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to Gangtok customers as per requirement.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in - timely manner at branch.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve the overall branch quality of service.
• Maintain accurate records of Gangtok customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with other team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with banking products and services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements Retail bankers in Gangtok:

• Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 6+ months of experience in retail sector or related field.
• Knowledge of sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
