Job Details :

Relationship Officer are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing Chamkaur Sahib clients by offering them other financial products.

Officer Responsibilities for Retail Banking jobs in Chamkaur Sahib:

Job duty will be combination of sales, customer service, and client relationship skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to Chamkaur Sahib customers as per requirement.

Requirements Retail bankers in Chamkaur Sahib:

• Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 6+ months of experience in retail sector or related field.
• Knowledge of sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
• Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
