We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager in Hissar for Two Wheeler Finance (Sales) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing new business opportunities through dealership networks, and maintaining strong relationships with business partners of Hissar. Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales/finance domain preferred
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field executives and ensure high performance.
- Onboard and implement new dealership partners to expand business reach.
- Maintain strong and lasting relationships with business partners of Hissar.
- Ensure quality service delivery in line with company standards.
- Source high-quality and profitable two-wheeler finance business through your team.
- Update and manage post-disbursement documents and records accurately.
- Monitor and maintain the productivity of off-roll employees.
- Recruit and train team members as per company requirements from Hissar HR.
- Maintain and manage the collection portfolio for a minimum of 6 months.
- Actively participate in new process launches and policy implementations by the company.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Locality knowledge are required of Hissar Haryana, (Candidate should be local or native)
- Sound knowledge of two-wheeler finance and dealership operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
