Key Responsibilities as Sales Executive job in Mundra:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients in Mundra GJ.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Understand client business goals and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, or feature updates.
Retention & Renewals:
- Drive timely contract renewals and ensure minimum client churn.
- Monitor client usage, satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Present ROI-focused insights to reinforce the value of services provided.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions to existing Mundra clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise proposals and offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with operations, product, and support teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, renewals, and performance in CRM systems.
- Share regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution with management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management in Mundra Gujarat.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with client visits and field interactions.
