We are currently looking for a Frontline Sales Officer in Hooghly, for one of leading private sector bank, Ideal candidate should have at-least basic idea of sales for banking products.

Job Details:

At Kotak Bank, Frontline Sales Officers you will be responsible for Sales, Business Development from Hooghly, This will involve you to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients also responsible for achieving business targets and ensuring good business funnel for every Quarter.

Job Responsibilities at Kotak Bank Hooghly: 

• To manage the entire frontline sales operation activity at Hooghly Branch.
• Responsible for new client acquisition from Hooghly,
• Responsible for new product placement in the assigned territory,
• Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment,
• Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective Hooghly clients,
• Handling objections and resolving customer conflicts,
• Should have good communication, coordination and convincing skills,
• Identify and engage with key decision makers at prospective clients.
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities

Experience Required

• Minimum experience in of 1 year in Sales / Business Development in Hooghly.
• Exposure to banking preferable
• Graduate with all the mark sheet and degree certificate
• Local from city will give first preference

Desired Profile:

• Presentable with decent personality,
• Easily identify sales opportunity from the Hooghly market,
• Having basic knowledge of banking products and its processing,
• Ability to learn the new things within a short time span,
• Knowing local language with good communication skills, English will be add-on,
• Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service
