Role Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Trainer within the HR Department, your primary responsibility will be to conduct online (VILT) and classroom-based Functional & Behavioral Training programs for branch and other verticals staff posted at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs across respective circles for employees posted in those regions.
  • Plan and implement new training programs to address emerging needs.
  • Manage and conduct Central Office-driven programs.
  • Supervise the overall training process, including logistical requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Contribute to content development for question banks and e-learning modules.
  • Continuously update learner and facilitator guides.
  • Connect with branches and participants/absentees to ensure attendance and resolve queries.
  • Provide monthly Learning Data & Dashboard for all conducted programs within specified timelines.
  • Create daily MIS & dashboard for Central Office and region-driven programs.
  • Share MIS and dashboards with all regions for follow-ups.
  • Maintain employee-wise master data, regional MIS, dashboards, and presentations for regular meetings with business and HR stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely identification and invitation of new joiners to mandatory induction programs as per their role.
  • Handle queries related to learning data from branches, Audit department, etc., for the North Region.
  • Maintain records of all training programs conducted in the fiscal year by facilitators.
  • Participate in the Data-Tech Project and other projects assigned by Central Office.
  • Ensure all invoices for trainings conducted in hotels by facilitators are processed within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).

 

Qualifications:

The ideal qualifications for success in this role include:

  • MBA / Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field (Preferred) from a recognized institute.
