Job Summary:

 Your responsibilities will include facilitating documentation, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, educating customers about our product offerings, cross-selling additional products, and achieving productivity targets for salary account sourcing and cross-selling.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Source incremental accounts from corporates mapped to the CSRM portfolio.
• Assist customers in completing documentation and application formalities.
• Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms.
• Explain the various benefits of the bank's products to customers.
• Cross-sell additional products alongside new account openings.
• Achieve set productivity norms for salary account sourcing and cross-selling.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Complete any other tasks assigned by seniors as needed.

Educational Qualifications Preferred:

• Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
• Academic Score: 50% or higher

Required Work Experience:

• Industry: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
• Role: Fresher/Sales
• Years of Experience: 0 to 1 year
