Job Title: Customer Account Manager

About the Role:

The Customer Account Manager plays a crucial role within the Credit Operations Team, which is part of the Credit and Policy Group of the Bank. This role is responsible for supporting operational activities related to disbursements of Retail Credit cases.

Job Description:

  • Verify documents in accordance with the Non-discrepancy checklist for disbursement of retail loan cases.
  • Serve as both a system maker and checker for disbursements after document verification.
  • Raise queries to various stakeholders and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and in-house personnel for file submission, basic data entry, and generation of loan account numbers.
  • Collaborate with various teams in operations and underwriting to facilitate the preparation of Disbursement Memos (DM).
  • Handle disbursement cheque printing, distribution, and register updates.
  • Dispatch and track sanction files and disbursement dockets for storage.
  • Verify attendance for Central Processing Agency (CPA) and input the data into the system.
  • Process AF/PF/PEMI cheques and record receipts in the system.
  • Review and address quality check observations.

Skills:

  • Strong aptitude for learning and the ability to quickly grasp product and process knowledge.
  • Agility in identifying areas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates with 0-5 years of experience are eligible for this role.
