Business Development Executives play a crucial role as part of the Bank's front-line sales team. Their primary responsibility is to promote the bank's products to new customers. This involves actively participating in offsite marketing activities and conducting local travel to engage with prospective customers on a daily basis.

BDEs are responsible for identifying and catering to customers' banking and third-party product needs while also addressing customer queries. Achieving sales targets assigned by the bank within the initial 6 months is essential for confirming their service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the bank's products and third-party offerings to new customers.
  • Engage in marketing activities and travel locally to meet potential customers on a daily basis.
  • Contact existing customers to encourage more deposits and cross-sell additional products.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
  • Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (e.g., AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
  • Participate in ongoing learning activities provided by the bank.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
  • Adhere to all compliance guidelines, both regulatory and legislative, for each activity.
  • Participate in and support various initiatives undertaken by the bank.

 

Qualifications:

The optimal qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Minimum 12th pass.
  • Must have access to a vehicle.
