Role/Job Title: Customer Experience Banker

Business: Retail Banking

Job Purpose:

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to establish our bank as the preferred financial partner, achieved through efficient and cost-effective customer interactions. The incumbent will be accountable for providing customer service, cross-selling, and deepening customer relationships within a designated branch. Their responsibility includes fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service, and contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Tailoring client-specific product solutions to meet their needs and aligning these solutions with our business objectives.
• Evaluating customer preferences to increase product adoption per customer relationship.
• Generating referrals and additional business from existing customers.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations and policies related to Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), data security, and information security.
• Assisting in resolving all findings from audit reports.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations and guidelines.

Key Success Metrics:

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Share of customer wallet
• Achieving product cross-sell targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in banking or related industries.
• Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
• Functional area expertise in Retail Liabilities.
